Inspired by SIL, she suggested DIY anti-stress oil blend for x'mas gifts. I think it's a simple yet thoughtful gift to relate friendship means so I decided to blend it for the ladies.
I was glad to find enuff roller bottles from Sembawang Daiso after searching high and low for it at few branches.

After fetching Anna and family from the airport, I returned to start on my preparation for tonight's party before going back to sleep mode as I was having slight migraine again... must be lack of rest. After washing and chopping, next was seasoning. I would say the prep work is quite simple. No fixed recipe... I just made use of what we have in our kitchen :)
Roast Chicken
Ingredients:
(A) - to be put into the cavity of the chicken
- Ginger
- Shallot
- Pandan leave
- Lemongrass (cang mao)
- Garlic
(B) - to be rubbed on the whole chicken
- Roasted Chicken seasoning
- Pepper Salt
- Black pepper
- olive oil
- Thyme leave
Preheat oven 220C and bake for 80mins
Let the chicken set for about 10-15mins before craving ^.^
